Involvement
A winning culture and entrepreneurial spirit are two of our key differentiators in the industry. We practice a fluid bottom-up-top-down communication flow that ensures that all employees are involved every step of the way. We encourage rig workers and foremen to take initiative in problem-solving on site, as well as the flexibility to execute on a given strategy.
